Delete your Vondi account

Vondi is a trade name of Movibyte Studio. This page explains how to request deletion of your Vondi account, what is deleted, and what we must keep.
How to request deletion
- Open the Vondi app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Tap the account card that shows your email address.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On vondi.co, sign in and open Account. The same button is there: Delete account.
30 days
After you confirm, you are signed out. The account and the data under What is deleted are permanently removed 30 days later. Sign in again within those 30 days, in the app or on the site, and the deletion is cancelled.
What is deleted
After those 30 days we delete the account, scans, inventory, listings and their photos, the profile, the shipping address, and chat messages.
What is kept
Some records stay longer, because bookkeeping and tax rules require it.
- Deals, wallet entries, payouts and the related Stripe identifiers, for the bookkeeping period. In the Netherlands that is typically seven years when they form part of our administration.
- DAC7 details, when we had to collect them: legal name, tax number, date of birth and the reported sales. These stay for the period the DAC7 rules require, generally several years after the reporting year.
- Records needed for an open dispute or a legal claim, until that matter ends.
If you cannot open the app or the site, email info@movibytestudio.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. The same 30 days and the same exceptions apply.
